I am starting a new blog. It will pretty much just be about punch needle. That is my obsession at the moment. I could truly do this for hours at a time, while binge watching something on Netflix of course. I only get time for this after home schooling my daughter for the day. I do not have an outside job. Just taking care of my family and cats. I ended my previous blog a few months ago because I was having trouble juggling the home school thing and all the other stuff. We seem to have figured it all out and I am happy to say my daughter is doing much better now. Even made the honor roll!!! My other two children are grown and in their early 20's, but of course they still need me occasionally. I also changed the name of this new blog to Brush Creek Needlework. It was Brush Creek Creations before. I pretty much always have a needle in my hand and I can see Brush Creek from the back of my house, looking out the window next to my desk or washing dishes at the kitchen sink. So that name works pretty well, I think. I hope I am better at keeping up with this blog. I really enjoy reading many of my artist friends posts on Facebook and Instagram as well. I will stick a link to some of my social media pages on this page somewhere.
I just finished this "Home" punch needle mat above. I have it listed on Etsy now. It is a design by Lori Brechlin of Notforgotten Farm. I absolutely love her designs, so you will be seeing a lot of them.
