Farmstead Christmas
Hello! It is very snowy here today in Southwest, Pa. Love it! I plan on working on a punch needle project and maybe even doing some quilting. I just wanted to share with you "Farmstead Christmas". It is a design by Plum Street Samplers. I made this pin pillow for a Christmas gift exchange for a group I belong to on Facebook, Dixiesamplar's Exchange Group. Such a fun group! They have exchanges a few times a year. This is my second exchange. I love receiving my Fall one. I can't wait to get my Christmas one as well. I stitched this piece onto 40 count Weeks Confederate Gray Linen with hand dyed threads. I covered up the stuffing hole in back with a little punch needle tree! I loved stitching this. I just might have to make one for myself!! LOL
Have a great day, Jen

Farmhouse Christmas
Hello! I hope you all had a nice Thanksgiving! I just wanted to share with you another cross stitch series I am working on for myself. Farmhouse Christmas by Little House Needleworks. I just love how they are turning out. Very small and fast projects to do. Easy to read patterns as well. There are 9 patterns in all. I have only stitched 4 so far but looking forward to finishing the rest. I am sure I won't have them done this Christmas, but that is okay. I will have some to work on through the year.
I am also working on having a couple of punch needle/cross stitch pillow sets available within the next couple of days. I will be listing them in my Etsy shop. I will post before doing do.
I am off to work on that update. You all have a wonderful Monday! Jen

Hometown Holiday
I have been enjoying working on a series of pin pillows for myself and thought I would share some pictures. I am going to make them into little pillows and display them around the house. There are 17 designs in this series by Little House Needleworks. I love them all. I have all the patterns, the most recent one being, "Clockmaker". They are all adorable. I started them after Christmas last year, year and as you can see, I haven't gotten very far. I just start a new one every now and again. They are very easy and quick patterns and a lot of fun to stitch. Maybe by next Christmas! LOL!
Happy Thursday!!
