Happy Memorial Day!

     I hope everyone is enjoying their Holiday.  We are just spending a quiet day at home and will be firing up the grill soon.  I finished this USA Kitty punch needle pillow this morning.  Design is by Betty Dekat.  I will be listing this in my Etsy shop Tuesday May, 30 at 9:00 PM Eastern time.

     I will also be listing the two other punch needle mats that I shared with you earlier that are shown in picture below.

Some more finishes!

     I finished off "Wool Farm" the other day.  I love how it turned out.  I stitched a strip of wool to the edges.  I will post it in my Etsy shop in a couple of days.  Design by Brenda Gervais.

     I also finished punching this "Americana Sheep" mat.  I am a sucker for anything with sheep on it!  Beautiful pattern by Tara Guernsey of Perfect Prim Punch.  Love her patterns.  Especially since you can just download them right away.  You can find her Etsy shop here.

Wool Farm

     I just wanted to share what I am working on today!  This pattern is called "Wool Farm" by Brenda Gervais.  I punched this using Valdani pearl cotton thread.  I backed it with black striped wool.  I just have to sew the black wool strip to the outside edges and it will be done!  Love this pattern!  Anything with sheep, really!  I just loaded another pattern into the hoop today called, "Americana Sheep".  I hope to share pictures of that this weekend.

New listings on Etsy!!

     I will have two new punch needle mats listed in my Etsy shop tonight at 9pm Eastern.  First up is the American Sampler you see above.  It is designed by Polly Minick.  I punched this using Valdani pearl cotton thread.

     Next up is the Birds and Bees design by Lori Brechlin of Notforgotten Farm.  I also punched this one using Valdani pearl cotton.  I braided hand dyed wool yarn and stitched it to the edges.  New for me, but I love it!!!  Expect to see more of this.  It was fun!

     I hope to have more time to blog and create now that school is almost done.  I cyber school my daughter, which takes up a good chunk of my time.  I love it, but I am probably more excited than her that we are gonna have a break!!!
